Delete Your Account
You can use the delete button in your GradeUp Ontario account to remove all personal data at any time. Once your request is processed, your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
What Will Be Deleted?
- Your account profile (email, username, grade)
- Your progress, quiz history, and usage stats
- Your premium subscription flag
How to Request Deletion
Please use the delete button inside the app or send an email to our support team using the link below:
Email: support@temagamisoftware.ca
Include the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
And the email address associated with your GradeUp Ontario account.
We will process your request within 48–72 hours and notify you once deletion is complete.
