Part 1 — General (Applies to All Apps)
1. Third-Party Services We Use
Depending on the app, we use one or both of the following third-party services. Each app's section in Part 2 specifies which services apply.
a) RevenueCat — Subscription Management
Used to manage in-app subscription purchases. RevenueCat receives App Store purchase receipts and your subscription status (active or inactive). We never see or store your payment card details — all payments are processed directly by Apple.
Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
b) Google AdMob — Advertising
Used in free versions of our apps to display banner advertisements. With your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, AdMob may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information to serve relevant ads. If you decline tracking, ads are still shown but are not personalized. Premium subscribers see no advertisements.

2. Data We Never Sell or Share
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your personal content (photos, journal entries, study data) with any party beyond what is described in this policy.
3. Your Rights (All Apps)
Regardless of which app you use, you may:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request deletion of your data or account
- Opt out of personalized advertising by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Manage or cancel subscriptions via App Store Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
To request account deletion or data export, contact us at: support@temagamisoftware.ca
4. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

MoodFrame

MoodFrame stores your daily selfie photos, mood selections, journal notes, and activity tags exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never uploaded to any server.
b) App Preferences
Notification settings, app theme, and streak data are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
c) Subscription Status
If you purchase MoodFrame Premium, RevenueCat receives your App Store purchase receipt and subscription status only. We never see your payment card details (see Part 1a).
d) Advertising Identifiers (free users only)
The free version of MoodFrame displays banner ads via Google AdMob (see Part 1b). Premium subscribers see no advertisements.
Camera and Photos (Face Data)
MoodFrame uses your device's camera to capture a daily selfie as your mood journal entry. The following applies to all photos taken in the app:
- What we collect: JPEG photo images captured via the device camera. We do not extract, analyze, or collect any facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or face recognition data. No facial analysis technology (ARKit, Vision framework, Face ID) is used anywhere in the app.
- How we use it: Photos are displayed only to you — in your Today tab, Calendar view, and On This Day memory cards. Photos are never used for advertising, analytics, or AI training of any kind.
- Storage: All photos are stored exclusively on your device. Photos are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. Neither Google AdMob nor RevenueCat receives any photo or image data.
- Sharing: If you tap the share button to share a photo or mood card, the content goes only where you direct it via the iOS share sheet. This action is entirely user-initiated and under your control.
- Retention: Photos remain on your device until you delete individual journal entries within the app, or until you uninstall MoodFrame. There is no automatic expiration.
Storage and Security
All MoodFrame data is stored locally on your device, protected by iOS's built-in device encryption and app sandboxing. We have no ability to access your journal because it is never transmitted to us.
